Built in New Richmond
Pro Seal Coating was founded in New Richmond in 1997. From the beginning, the company built its reputation on meticulous prep work, dependable materials, and a refusal to cut corners. That standard continues today. After spending seven years learning every aspect of the business alongside the company's founder, Caleb Eastep took over leadership of Pro Seal Coating with longtime friend and business partner Zach Panek. Caleb and Zach are both from New Richmond and worked together for four years before becoming owners. The 2026 season marks their first year leading the company, carrying forward the workmanship and reputation Pro Seal Coating has built since 1997.
Pro Seal Coating remains locally owned and operated, and we stay personally involved in the work we perform. When you contact us, you deal directly with an owner. We assess properties ourselves, explain what the pavement actually needs, provide clear and detailed proposals, and remain available after the job is complete. We believe good asphalt maintenance starts long before the sealer goes down. Proper cleaning, preparation, crack repair, edge work, and application all matter if you want a finished surface that looks good and holds up.
